Sandro Piras commenced his real estate career at the age of 20, initially focusing on residential rentals in prestigious districts such as Casino Square, La Rousse or Larvotto close to beaches. During his high school years, Sandro apprenticed under Mauro Piras, his father and founder of the Piras Immobilier real estate agency in Monaco. Also, renowned since 1976 as an expert of the Monaco real estate market and consultant of all type of properties in the very demanded Château Périgord Residences in Monaco.

Until 2022, Sandro Piras worked with his family at Piras Immobilier agency with offices in prestigious residence Château Périgord on the Boulevard d’Italie, in the La Rousse district. In November 2022 after the pandemic, amid uncertain market conditions, Sandro decided to strike out on his own and launch his own brokerage : HOMES.

Throughout his career as a real estate agent, Sandro Piras has had many prestigious transactions, including numerous deals in prestigious residence One Monte-Carlo, one of the most expensive residences in the Casino Square, various transactions in exclusive residences such as 21 Princess Grace or residence Sun Tower in the heart of Monaco. Sandro has also sold and rented homes to various celebrities and high-level sportsmen such as cyclists, tennis players or formula 1 drivers.

An expert in luxury properties, Sandro Piras is devoted to serving the needs of real estate buyers and sellers throughout Monaco including the districs of Carré D’Or, Larvotto, La Rousse, Fontvieille, the Port and the Monaco-Ville.
